Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Center is owned and operated by renowned Massachusetts paramedical Master Aesthetician Bella Krashenny, who was born, raised and educated in the USSR. With an RN degree, and a Graduate Nurse Practitioner Degree with a concentration in Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Bella brought her experience serving Moscow’s elite to the US in 1981.
In 1986 Bella opened Bellisimo European Skin Care, on Chandler Street in Tatnuck Square. More than 3 decades later, after many transformations, Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Clinic still resides in Worcester on Chandler Street – expanded into a multi-level, full service, Italian-themed Medical Spa. Now in a different building, with a different and more advanced menu of services, Bella and her Bellisimo Med Spa team still provide the same dedication, expertise, and unparalleled level of caring and service.
With her magic touch, extensive medical and aesthetic experience, and unwavering passion, Bella, medical director Dr. Edgar Bellenas,MD and the Belissimo team of highly trained nurses and Master Aestheticians, offer a wide range of state-of-the-art aesthetic modalities, including anti-aging skin care, and advanced laser services, as well as fat removal and acne management. Born and raised in Moscow Russia, Owner, Bella Krashenny, earned a Nursing Degree from Moscow Medical School. After working as a Registered Nurse for two years, Bella returned to school and earned her graduate degree to become a Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in dermatology and plastic surgery. After graduation, Bella began her skin care career at the very prestigious Institute of Beauty in Moscow, Russia. This was the only Aesthetic Center in the former Soviet Union, which provided skin care and advanced beauty treatments to elite clientele.
In 1981 Bella brought her passion and knowledge of beauty and skincare to the United States, immigrating to America with her family. Before immigrating to America with her family. Unfortunately, her educational credits from Russia could not transfer so she was unable to practice her skills in the medical field here. She could however, continue the work she was so dedicated to in the Beauty industry. Bella quickly became an asset to the industry and her career launched working at leading Salons such as Michele Cazan, on Newbury Street in Boston, and Robert Russo, in Newton.
In 1986 Bella realized her American Dream and opened her own Skin Care studio in Worcester. This was the beginning of Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Center. In 1996 she moved to the current Chandler Street location and expanded the business to a multi-level, full service, Italian-themed Day Spa. This introduced Worcester residents to a whole new concept in relaxation, beauty and wellness. Bella Krashenny was among the first aesthetic professionals to partner with area dermatologists and plastic surgeons to offer patients pre-operative and post-operative facial surgery care and treatments.
Always in the forefront of the Aesthetic industry innovations, Bella keeps her finger on the pulse of new treatments, ideas and products and integrates them into the already extensive and impressive Bellisimo Skin Care menu. Over the past four decades, hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned Bellisimo an excellent reputation. That, together with successes such as the longest running Permanent Laser Hair Removal Program in Worcester County attracts the most talented and skilled Spa professionals to the Bellisimo team.
